The dark robust is my favorite. Its rich bold flavor stands out on pancakes and oatmeal, while also blending seamlessly into marinades and dressing recipes. My husband is so very happy with this maple syrup. He tasted some that I received as a token from a wedding my sister attended while in the Northeast.
