This was just the latest of many re-orders of Hillsboro Organic Maple Syrup over the years. And our new favorite is the darkest “robust” maple flavor. It is delicious in steel cut oats, morning coffee, in yogurt or to bake with. I will add a tablespoon or two to a big pot of lentil soup.
